Waratah Wholesale Tasmania situated on the scenic rivulet in Tara Street, South Hobart, is a wholesaler of all things for a garden - except fresh plants (including but not limited to garden implements, domestic irrigation systems and hoses, potting mixes, plant foods and soil improvers, saws, axes, stakes...you name it!), and all things for a florist - except fresh flowers, including Oasis products, florist wire, glass and ceramic vases, terrariums, silk and artificial flowers, corsage bracelets, boxes, crates, ribbons, organza, and a selection of tissue papers and wrap. The floristy side has an extensive array of items at wholesale prices for general and specialised retail outlets (including florists, gift shops, gourmet food businesses) and offers a selection of gift wraps, tissue papers (budget, embossed and plastic coated, flower sleeves), ribbons, boxes, crates, vases and hampers. The warehouse 'shop' has an extensive array of giftware lines, including vases, ornaments, indoor and outdoor planters and pots. It is open to the retail trade, and also and to the public. Some garden lines are available from the showroom shop, although our products are available through our extensive network of hardware and garden retailers, statewide.
