Walkerston Country Meats is known far and wide for its award winning products including ham, bacon and small goods, all prepared and smoked on our premises. We have a wide range of gourmet, beef, pork and chicken sausages as well as chicken meals ready for the oven, all prepared daily at the shop.

WCM was the first butcher shop in Australia to offer Bazadai beef. Bazadai is a French beef, now bred locally in Mackay and surrounds and comes straight from paddock to your plate. It is recognized for its leaness and consistent quality.

The shop also offers a range of sauces and condiments from; the Sarina Sugar Shed, as well as local Harveys Hatchery eggs.
