Walkabout Holiday House

Phillip and Carolyn McArthur left Sydney in the early 1970's and settled at Grassy Head, where they established a thriving banana and avocado plantation. Knowing that they had stumbled upon one of the Mid North Coast's best kept secrets, they decided to share their property to guests with two modern designed holiday houses.

'Kentia' is a newly renovated house which formerly served as the 'packing shed', where for many years bananas and avocadoes were sorted and packed for market.
Phillip and Carolyn invite guests to take a tour of the farm with them, where they can learn about growing bananas and avocadoes.
