Hi, my name is Nicola. I am a qualified massage therapist, specialising in deep tissue, remedial, accupressure, re-alignment of the body, and relaxation massage.
I use various techniques to get your body back in motion and re-aligned for the most effective movement. Quite often we suffer from stress, fatigue and 'the daily grind'.
