2008 - Starting the season playing for the Penrith Panthers NYC team, Wade Graham made is NRL debut for the Penrith Panthers in Round 15 of the 2008 competition. The then 17 year old impressed in his first season finishing with 8 matches in the top grade.

2009 - Saw Graham play 22 Rounds in the NRL as an 18 year old. Finishing the season with 5 tries.

2010 - It was a mixed year for Graham. Limited to just 12 NRL matches in the 2010 Season. Wade signed with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks for the 2011 NRL season and beyond. Graham finished the season with 4 tries for the Penrith Panthers.

2011 - This was a breakout year for Wade. His debut season with the Sharks was a successful one. Playing in all of the Sharks 24 matches in the 2011 season, Graham finished with 6 tries and 2 field goals.

2012 - Wades impressive performance for the Sharks in 2011 saw the young utility offered a contract extension until the end of the 2014 NRL season. Wade finished the season with 15 games, 6 tries. Wades consistent form saw him gain a selection in the Prime Ministers XIII team for a one off game against Papua New Guinea in Papua New Guinea. 2012 also saw Wade given his first Captaincy at the sharks in the absence of Paul Gallen due to injury and Origin selection.

2013 - Wade finished the 2013 season with 23 NRL Club games for the Sharks and 2 tries selection in the City Origin team and his 100th First Grade Game.

2014 - The introduction of the Auckland 9's for the start of the 2014 season saw Graham selected in the Sharks inaugural team. It was also a defining year for Wade and his commitment to the Sharks as he turned down multiple offers from other clubs to remain at the Sharks for a following 3 years.

2015 - Wade Graham was handed his Second Captaincy for the Sharks in the 2015 Auckland 9's. This was also the year that Wade was handed the Captaincy for the NSW City Origin Team. His Captaincy run this season continued with a Co Captaincy given with teammate Michael Ennis while Club Captain Paul Gallen was out injured.

2016 - This year was a defining one in Grahams career. Selection in the Indigenous All Stars Team, followed by his NSW State of Origin debut and a 15 game winning streak were part of an incredible 12 months for Wade. The Cronulla Sharks, the first in the clubs 50year history, topped all this off with an emotional and historic Inaugural NRL Grand Final win.
