Items should communicate alerts, news, events and activities which promote the cause of this volunteer emergency service.

This page is not a forum for idle chit-chat or gossip, which may be detrimental to the Mandurah SES, or the many dedicated citizens who proudly volunteer to serve their community in times of need.

Comment moderation policy:
We are a community organisation that is mindful of others. We do not encourage any comments that are offensive or threatening. Should any member upload content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, indecent, harassing, offensive, infringes any person’s intellectual property rights, or is unlawful in any way, it will be deleted.

Community standards:
We believe in treating our fellow community members with respect and as such it is our policy that any comment or wall post that features swearing, bullying, personal attacks, contains a political agenda, is offensive, defamatory, disrespectful of, or misleading to, others will be removed as soon as possible. We will also remove any content that may put you or us in legal jeopardy including potentially defamatory comments, materials or links posted in potential breach of copyright and any images that may cause offence to others.

Please also note that Facebook has its own policy in relation to use of pages and posting on the site, and expects users of this site to abide by Facebook’s policies. We do not endorse any external threads or posts placed on this site and will remove any posts which do not comply with these policies.
