Passionate about leading a fit and healthy lifestyle and wanting to share my knowledge with others.

I enjoy training outdoors, the beach and animals-especially dogs. I love playing tennis and volleyball and am competitive and determined in all aspects of my life.

My aim after graduating from Fit College is to specialise in body conditioning and weight training in conjunction with fuelling the body with the best foods.
