VISION VIPERS CHEERLEADING

Since 2005, Vision has been the leading Cheerleading school in the Northern Rivers.

Specialising in Competitive Cheerleading, Instructor Jill Wehner is a Gymnastics Australia accredited coach who has developed an intensive program that teaches Stunts, Pom, and Tumbling and also incorporates dance, flexibility and conditioning.

Cheerleading is now a worldwide sport and Vision competes regularly in regional and interstate competitions. The Vision Vipers were Auscheer National Champions in 2008/2009/2010!

RED SQUAD - Anyone age 8 or over is welcome to join, both girls and boys, and no dance or gymnastic background is neccessary. Just a good level of fitness and the ability to work in a fun team environment.

BLACK SQUAD - A strong background in dance/gymnastics is required. Previous cheerleading experience is preferred but not essential. Focus is on competitions and working as a TEAM.

All cheerleading classes are held at
Byron Entertainment Centre in the Arts and Industry Estate.



VISION DANCE TEAM


Ever dreamed of a career in dance? Vision Dance Team is designed for aspiring dancers wishing to excel in the performing arts.
These classes will have a strong foundation in technique and will cover styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre,
Song and Dance, Tap and more.

Artistic Director Jill Wehner brings 20 years of teaching experience to each and every class, and you can be assured there are no junior or trainee teachers at Vision.

Junior Dance Team is for dancers with at least one year of experience aged 10 - 14 yrs.

Senior Dance Team is for ages 15 and above and must have a strong technical dance background.

Team members will compete in local and interstate compeitions and have the opportunity to do paid performance work.

All classes are held at the newly renovated Byron Dance Centre in the Arts and Industry Estate, a fully equipped, professional dance venue.
