Workstations i.e. “hot desks” will be available for daily or weekly casual rental and a furnished Boardroom offering set-up flexibility will be available for hire daily and half-day or negotiated longer term. Conference equipment hire will be available. Coffee/tea will be available.

A lounge/waiting/breakout area will complement the entrance however there will be NO dedicated reception. The building will be equipped with wifi, accessed via a security code. The premises will accommodate 11 offices of varying floor-space, 3 workstations, a fully equipped boardroom plus a meeting room which will be available to all licensees at no additional cost. Licensees will have access to a kitchen/lunchroom. Offices will be numbered and a tenant board will be displayed in the entrance foyers.

Twelve months and six months terms ideally. Longer and shorter terms negotiable.
Each agreement to be supported by a security bond equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
