ABOUT US:
Vietnamese Association in Hobsons Bay is a charitable and not-for-profit organisation, established in January 2017. Preserving and promoting the Vietnamese’s cultural heritage; engaging and participating local community activities; and providing leadership development opportunities for young members.
PURPOSES
The purposes of the Association are:
• To acts as a center for the Vietnamese community in Hobsons Bay, preserving and promoting Vietnamese culture and heritage;
• To creates unity and sociability between local communities via participating local cultural celebration;
• To provides learning, volunteering, and leadership development opportunities to the community.
MEMBERSHIP:
Membership shall be open to all interested or associated with Vietnamese culture and customs in Australia.

MỤC ÐÍCH
1. Duy trì và phát triển tinh thần tương trợ trong tập thể người Việt sinh sống tại Hobsons Bay Victoria;
2. Bảo tồn và phát huy truyền thống văn hoá của dân tộc Việt Nam;
3. Phát triển tình thân hữu với các cộng đồng sắc tộc khác trong tinh thần xã hội tự do, dân chủ và đa văn hoá.
TÍNH CHẤT
• Là tổ chức phi lợi nhuận được thành lập dựa trên cơ sở tự nguyện tham gia và đóng góp;
• Hoạt động trong khuôn khổ pháp lý và pháp luật của nhà nước.
