We specialise in the compliance certificates required for graduates to secure work in the Australian hospitality industry, such as: RSA Melbourne (Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate) Bar and Bar Tending courses; RSG Melbourne course (Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate); Barista Coffee Course; Silver Service Waiting Course; Food Handling Course; Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate; Food Safety Supervisor Certificate; as well as Hospitality certificate courses.

We have a dedicated job placement program for graduates, and staffing agency attached to the school to help our graduates find their ideal hospitality job. Our graduates can also access a free refresher course in their training for up to 6 months after completing their course.

All of our training courses have Nationally Recognised units of competence and are endorsed by the Australian Bartenders Guild.
