We understand things happen and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are unable to make your appointment please call or text as soon as possible. If you simply do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the original service (up to $100) at your next appointment. Your courtesy call will help us continue to provide the best possible salon experience to all of our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding!
