Velnaar Equestrian

Welcome to Velnaar Equestrian.

Camille Velnaar has been an EA level one General instructor for 25 years. She is also a Pony Club level one coach with extended jumping qualifications. She rode competitively in both Showjumping and Eventing, with her main horses competing to CCI** (both in Tasmania and the Mainland).

She has completed her level 3 Parelli Natural Horsemanship certificate, with two different horses.

Camille has over 30 years of experience starting horses under saddle.

She combines all her areas of expertise to help people manage horses, and horses manage people.

Abbey Velnaar has been coached by Camille since the first moment she could ride. She now rides competitively in all Olympic disciplines. They both travel to competitions regularly throughout the year with two competition horses, My Ziggy Stardust and Bohemian Rhapsody. Abbey has a young gelding (bred by the Velnaars) coming up soon and will compete him in eventing in the futrue.
