Vanessa Barry...a name perhaps new to some and familiar to others.
Nearly a decade ago, I was introduced to an industry that thrived on passion, determination and limitless opportunity. I started at the bottom in a prestigious real estate agency in Dalkeith. Five years on and I had already worked my way up the ranks having been mentored by the top agents in W.A. Another few years on, a few more skills accrued. I sold multi million dollar developments for one of the largest developers in the state then settled in a privately owned Development and Asset Management company.
My knowledge and skill set spans over established Property Sales and Marketing, primarily in the Western Suburbs, off-the-plan Project Marketing and Sales, Investment Analytics, Building and Construction and Management.

Having reached my point of "knowledge satisfaction", I can now say with confidence...that myself and House Business Group can assist you with ALL your property needs.
Client satisfaction is my aim and gratification is my goal. Real Estate is my obsession however people and property are my passion. Those attributes aren't written lightly or copied off another agents 'About me.' Honesty is one of my core values so is what my clients and colleagues receive at all times though far from abrupt or blunt, with me a spades a spade.
