Located on the Valley of the Giants Road off the South Coast Highway, Nornalup, between Denmark and Walpole. The Valley of the Giants is 430 kilometres south of Perth on Highway 1.

* Opening hours
The Tree Top Walk is open every day of the year apart from Christmas Day or during hazardous conditions.
Open: 9.00am - 5.00pm (last ticket sale 4.15pm)
Extended opening hours between 26 December and 26 January
8.00am - 6.00pm (last ticket sale 5.15pm)

We recommend you allow one to two hours to enjoy the facilities of the site.

Entry to the Ancient Empire and Discovery Centre is free.
Tree Top Walk entry prices:
Adult: $21.00
Child : $10.50 (6-15 years, under 6 years: free entry)
Concession: $15.50 (Australian Seniors, Age Pension, Department of Veteran Affairs, Centrelink Carer, Disability Support or Companion Card)
Family : $52.50 (2 adults + 2 children)

*Guided Tours
Find out what makes the forest special when you go with a guide on one of the free guided walks into the Ancient Empire.
The walks generally last for 30-40 minutes and are subject to conditions (please check at the ticket office upon arrival).
Time of walks: 10.15am, 11.30am, 2.00pm

During the school holidays, the Tree Top Walk hosts an activity program filled with amazing fun things to do for all the family (excluding July).

What do I wear?
We recommend you wear sensible shoes and bring warm clothes as it can get cool in the midst of the forest.

How long does the Ancient Empire Walk and Tree Top Walk take?
Approximately 30 to 45 minutes each. You can do the Tree Top Walk as many times as you like.

Do I have mobile reception?
Only in some areas of the site and this is not relevant for all phone carriers.

Do I need to pre-book?
Individuals and families do not need to book, however school and commercial groups do need to book with us.

Are dogs welcome on site?
Dogs (except guide dogs) are not allowed into national parks so arrangements would need to be made to cater for your dog when you are visiting the Tree Top Walk.

Are there refreshments at the site?
Yes, there are cool and hot drinks, ice-creams, biscuits and confectionary available. However, there is no café on the site. There are many eateries in Denmark, Walpole, Nornalup and Bow Bridge.
