Urban Yogi a modern day yoga studio that provides a physical & philosophical practice that allow students to see benefits in all areas of their lives. We teach a contemporary hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Seniors, Kids yoga heated or not heated rooms, open to all levels.
Offering many class options depending on what your body is feeling like that day, we focus on evolving our bodies & our minds to help us deal with the ups & downs of life.
Our Urban guides are inspiring and talented, there is nothing mystical about us. Our doors are wide open for anyone and everyone to experience the true benefits that practicing yoga can bring.
