Landscape Design & Project Manage

UrbanWatersDesigns offers your landscape design solutions. We create innovative, custom designs that are tailored to suit each individual job.
Our designs are 3D CAD models & construction ready scaled drawings that draw upon our 15 years of construction and building experience.
To create an innovative landscape design that suits your lifestyle, we first need to understand your requirements, how you use your garden, what you would like to achieve in your space, your interests, style & individual ideas. At the initial consultation we can offer suggestions and look at the property to gain a thorough understanding of the site, your ideas and budget.
Once we have gathered all required information we can begin our initial concept. Our concept plan outlines the structural layout of the space, material and plant suggestions, presented in a scaled, 3 dimensional format.
These concept drawings will provide you with true vision of your new landscape and, being 3 dimensional, you will be able to visualize the full extent of the design – right up to the view through the kitchen window.
A second meeting is then scheduled to present the concept & to discuss initial reactions & ideas.
A revised design is then completed & presented.
We are also able to then provide you with detailed construction/installation documentation including detailed drawings of water features, structures, footings, finishing, details, planting, lighting etc.
Drawings for submission to local councils for relevant approvals are also available.
At this stage you may then decide to retain the services of UrbanWatersDesigns to assist you through the many stages of your project. Bringing a garden design to life is an evolving, organic process. It needs confidence with all forms of landscape construction, a familiarity with a wide variety of construction materials and a complete understanding of the horticultural requirements of a garden. We are able to project manage your job or to guide you through the many stages of the project, ensuring that the works are carried out to true to the design.
