Contour & Detail Surveys

Contour & Detail site surveys of your land are prepared to create a plan showing existing features such as buildings, structures, trees, visible services as well as levels and contours to show the shape and slope of the land. These plans are required by Architects, Engineers and Builders to enable design of new developments and houses. They are essential to any Development or Building Application.

Urban Surveys can provide all plans in hardcopy (paper plans) and digital formats such as DWG, PDF, DXF and TIF.

Survey Identification Reports

We can provide survey reports on formwork, floor levels, roof levels and other reports as required during the construction process, Survey reports upon completion of construction for applications for Occupation certificates as well as Identification Reports for conveyancing purposes.

Boundary surveys

We can mark boundary corners of your property for fencing or construction of retaining walls.

Construction setout surveys

Survey pegs need to be placed to enable builders to locate construction works in the correct location. We specialise in providing residential setout surveys ranging from owner builders, small builders up to large project builders.

Subdivision

We can provide subdivision plans for Strata Subdivisions, Torrens Title Subdivisions and Community Schemes. We have vast experience in this field ranging from 2 lot subdivisions and Duplexes to large estates. We are also authorised to provide electronic lodgement of plans to The Office and Land and Property Information.
