Urban Drug Rehab is the home of Jost Sauer’s recovery programs and services, books, DVDs, online recovery courses and material designed to help people on the path from addiction to freedom.

Jost established Urban Drug Rehab in 1998 as, having been a therapist specialising in addiction for decades, he saw the urgent need for a new 21st century approach to recovery.

He designed inspirational and motivational programs that converted addiction into transformational potential, and the Urban Drug Rehab was born. Jost’s recovery programs and books have since changed the lives of thousands of people.

Jost Sauer founded Urban Drug Rehab as a hub for 21st century recovery. He drew on his own past of speed and alcohol addiction, his many years of work in drug and alcohol counselling, and more than 30 years of in-depth research into Chinese medicine and healing lifestyles, to develop his unique approach to recovery.

Jost doesn’t believe addiction is a disease. People are on the right track to want more from life than normality and recovery is an opportunity to discover how to do this in a sustainable way.
