Urban Commando Outdoor Training is in full swing, now incorporating boxing, kettle bells, skip rope, tyre sled drags, and many more activities to get the heart rate up.
Fantastic for weight loss, toning, strength training and all round general fitness.
This is designed for all ages and all fitness levels, so come on down and have a try. For those interested we are running sessions at Moana Beach every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Casual visits and 12 card multi passes are available.
