UprightCare

UprightCare, established by Larry Cohen in 2008, treats a variety of spinal pathologies (of both deformity and degenerative types) including; postural imbalances (scoliosis, scheurmans kyphosis) and back pain issues (disc, facet, stenosis).

Our methods include general physiotherapy treatments for back and neck pain as well as super-specialised posture & scoliosis treatment based on the Egoscue, Schroth & SEAS method. We offer individualised treatments with minimal use of machines and tailored exercise programs. We have daily posture and movement classes at 10am as well as aerial yoga classes (bookings essential). Health fund redeemable (T&Cs apply)
