Time: 6pm - 7.15pm
Cost: $60 (for 4-week term) or $20 (per casual class). Bookings essential.

About Upcat Yoga's creator & teacher, Stephanie:

"I'm qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching and started this venture to share with others the joys and benefits of yoga, of reconnecting with the disconnected, and of exploring your mind, body and soul.

Just as my practice has been touched and shaped by other marvellous teachers and yogis over the years, I hope to also be able to make a difference in your personal yogic journey, as you most definitely will in mine.
