‘Up In Smoke’ is Adelaide’s favourite Australasian BBQ Alliance sanctioned BBQ Competition! It is a low and slow BBQ competition held in conjunction with the Adelaide Beer and BBQ Festival at the Adelaide Showgrounds on July 29-30 2017!
Everyone from amateur to professional BBQ teams are invited to test their sauces, rubs, marinades and smokers against each other to win cash, prizes, trophies and acclaim.
Registration is $250 per team. All terms and conditions and competition information will be supplied to your preferred email address shortly after your registration is received.
This event will consist of 40 teams competing in 4 categories; Beef, Pork Ribs, Pork and Chicken for supremacy as the Reserve Grand Champion and Grand Champion for the overall points leaders. Teams will be competing for a total prize pool of $17,000 in cash and prizes.
