I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2009, and have been lucky enough to learn from some of the most inspiring teachers.
In 2015, I made a life-changing decision to become a yoga teacher so I could share my passion with others, and after completing an initial 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training course, my love of yoga has reached a whole new level.
I truly believe everyone can benefit from yoga - no matter how old you are, what background you come from, or whether you have suffered injuries and physical restrictions.
I am available for small group classes, one-on-one sessions and corporate group bookings in the Perth CBD and northern suburbs - from beginners through to advanced classes.
