uFIT Exercise sessions are developed and supervised by Physiotherapists and take into account your past medical history, current level of fitness and overall goals as to provide a SAFE, EFFECTIVE and FUN way to improve or maintain your:

- strength
- cardio/aerobic health
- mobility
- overall quality of life.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO TAKE PART IN uFIT?

Step 1:
Call our friendly reception staff on 8373 2132 to book your 'pre exercise assessment'

Step 2:
Undertake your 'pre exercise assessment' where your past medical/injury history will be taken, initial physical and fitness capabilities will be measured and goals will be set.

Step 3:
Purchase a block card of group sessions and book times that suit you.

Step 4:
Come along and be ready to get fit, strong and healthy!
