Meditation is a great way to start this process. Sitting quietly, breathing and completely letting go. Moving inwards helps us begin to move outwards.

Meditation helps us open our self awareness, it brings in universal light to our soul which in turn promotes healing and growth on all levels. Meditation also gives us access to our Clairs, meaning clear. These are clairaudience (hearing), clairvoyance (seeing), claircognizance (knowing) and clairsentience (feeling) abilities.
Once we acknowledge and become open to these abilities anything is possible, it truly is.
These abilities are within each of us and the best way to expand or start using these gifts is firstly not to doubt them!
Using our Clair's gives us the ability to see, hear, feel and know the spiritual world around us. It gives us the connection to spirit, to energy and to the endless universe.
