With phone bookings, if their is no answer please leave a message with your name & contact number, and one of our staff will return your call. 24 hours Cancellation required for all appointments otherwise a fee may apply. (no text messages on Sunday or Monday as salon is closed). Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. We recommend arriving 5 mins prior to your appointment.
