Welcome to our garden cafe in beautiful Finch Hatton Gorge, where you can relax and let the world slide by. A little bohemian paradise renovated with recycled, upcycled, reused materials and filled with eclectic pieces of pre-loved furniture and op-shopped crockery.
Butterfly- and bird-attracting plants, birdbaths and secret nesting spots encourage a myriad of beautiful native fauna to frequent our gardens including our namesake, the iridescent sparkling blue Ulysses butterfly.
All food is lovingly made in-house. We care about the health and vitality of our visitors and create a paddock to plate experience with locally sourced, seasonal, free range, organic and chemical free produce. Savour the organically grown and roasted Queensland coffee, home made pure fruit ice creams (especially mango), freshly made cakes to die for, and gluten free, dairy free, raw and paleo options. Dine alfresco, nestled amongst the little nooks of our cafe gardens, or relax inside with a book, play a little chess, and chill to live bluesy vibes between 3-5pm. Most of all, take your time. Children are very welcome.
Look for the red umbrellas on the left hand side of Gorge Road, a little way past the Platypus Bushcamp.
