Ultra Body Fitness

I'm Kerryn Pengilly and I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness. I offer outdoor training where people feel comfortable and happy to train in a social environment, where they don't feel judged and pressured like they do in gyms. I am currently running group sessions with boxing classes coming soon, but I do also offer personal training. What I love most about PT is being able to help (and see) people reach their goals.
