Our main objective is to assist all patrons achieve all of their goals whether it be weight loss, rehab or participate in any combat sports such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Jui-Jitsu, MMA, BoxFit or even just basic Weights and Cardio training. We also offer Kids Boxing, Kickboxing and Jui-Jitsu classes. We have fully qualified personal trainers at your convenience to help with any questions you may have, or if you're interested in Personal Training sessions.
