For the last forty years I have been creating and selling my own hand-coloured lino prints and paintings in both watercolour and acrylic, exhibiting in both Melbourne and Warrnambool. My works are now in private collections in Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Greece, Japan, Singapore, Canada and America. Since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2003 with a PhD in Japanese Art History I have been painting full time and running my own art gallery/studio in Carlton. I also assist in the management of Robert Ulmann’s Studio, Warrnambool. I have traveled extensively both throughout Australia and overseas, including Japan, China, New Guinea, the Cook Islands, Europe and the United States.
I am also a Researcher (for hire) in Japanese studies, primarily art and architecture, but also music and science.
