Upstairs: Kitchen/Dining Area. Seperate lounge with split system A/C, ceiling fans, open fire place, TV and DVD player. Bedroom with double bed and 1 set of bunks. Bathroom with shower over bath, vanity and separate W/C. Internal and external access to downstairs.

Downstairs: Lounge with TV and DVD player, and electric mistral heater. 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 with Queen Beds and 1 kids bedroom with 2 x trio bunks (sleeps 6) with adjoining ensuite, shower vanity and separate W/C and laundry.

Fully fenced north facing yard. Undercover BBQ area with 5 burner gas BBQ (with wok) and entertaining suite for 12 people. Outdoor hot and cold shower.
Child activities indoors, also a ping pong table under carport.
