Hi,

My names Tyneisha Winn and I am a recently certified personal trainer. I have achieved my Certificate IV in fitness, however studied the prerequisites of the Certificate III also. I currently work full time as a Lab Technician, working a 5/4 roster, and will be training around work hours and on days off, however am striving to transition into personal training as my fulltime career.

Health and Fitness is an important part of life. My goal as a trainer, is to help educate people on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and help guide and motivate them through their journey.

Everyone has their own goals, and struggles, and that's OK! We all start somewhere and we all come across set backs on our way. I too, am still on my own fitness journey, and have come across a lot of set backs of my own, so I can relate when you're about to give up. The only difference, is I will not let you quit. I will be there to encourage you, motivate you, and get you to where you want to be.

Personal Training for me, is not just a career. This is something I am passionate about, and I thoroughly enjoy. I believe, in order to fully succeed in something, you have to like what you're doing. This way, you're always going to be giving 100%! Health and Fitness, is now my lifestyle.

2 sessions - $80
3 Sessions - 110
