Tyndale Christian School Murray Bridge

In 1991 the foundations of a new school were laid in the tranquil country town of Strathalbyn. At that time a scripture of promise "all your children will be taught by the Lord and great will be your children's peace", (Isaiah 54:13) also formed the predominant values upon which Murraylands Christian College was built.

Murraylands Christian College commenced with 10 Primary students in one classroom, with no government funding or assistance and was a significant ministry iniative of Emmanuel Christian Outreach. From these humble beginnings the college has flourished with low fees and significant sacrifice on behalf of the Church, staff and parents to see a quality Christian education that caters from Early Learning Centre to Year 12.
Only a 40 minute drive south east of Adelaide, Murraylands Christian College is a low fee non-denominational college.
Murraylands Christian College currently has around 430 students enrolled from Early Learning Centre to Year 12.
We aim to help each student explore and prepare for the purposes God is calling them to. Parents and teachers are crucially engaged as partners in a Christian School education.
The employment of staff whose lives are genuine reflections of the Christian faith is a key core belief for Christian Education. Christian education should be available to all who seek it, therefore we aim to be affordable and accessible.
Many of the graduating students are making a significant impact in our society for the glory of Jesus. We believe this will continue for many generations to come as we continue to deliver a distinctly unique Christian education to the families on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
