Aussie Gem is ready to greet and serve you with a smile. Our creative Chef Wil is looking forward to having everyone excited about her native flavours of Brazil. These “Two Can” bring you both flavors of Aussie and Brazilian cuisine…. The kicker will be the wonderful fusions of both; so don’t be shy to try!!!

Gem has worked in hospitality from the age of 14. She has worked in Australia, England, Scotland, Austria and most recently Kacy’s at Bargara. Gem has an absolute passion for the industry and is so excited to be providing a place where everyone will feel welcome and relaxed while soaking up the wonderful Bargara Berries atmosphere.

Wil has been cooking with her extended Brazilian Family from a very young age. With her move to Australia from Brazil in 2008 she has extended her qualifications as a fully qualified chef and developed some creative cooking styles along the way at different cafes and restaurants in Brisbane. Not only loving our good old Aussie tucker but learning many types of cuisines from Italian at Beccofino to Middle Eastern at Mecca Bar.

TwoCan Yard Bar is their opportunity to introduce new flavours and a new dining experience. Quote- we want locals and visitors alike enjoying our little slice of paradise.
