Our wines are made from grapes grown at our own estate.
We grow chardonnay and villard blanc grapes for our white wines
and chambourcin and jacquez for our reds and liqueurs.
The French white hybrid grape "villard blanc" is well-suited
to our climate and is rarely seen as a commercial wine.
Jacquez is a Spanish-American cross introduced to the Americas
by the Franciscan Brothers in the sixteenth century for their sacramental wine.
