Originally known as “Chudleigh”, our restaurant and guest cottages are features of this landmark property, C1903, set on three magnificent acres of beautiful gardens nestled in the heart of the Perth hills township of Mundaring.

Just 40 minutes east of Perth, Mundaring is a popular destination for those seeking some inspiration and tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The restaurant is a 110 year old character filled home, sensitively renovated and resplendent with antiques to create a romantic ambiance; with a bar and lounge area with an open fire place, five main dining rooms and an enclosed veranda, our highly experienced team will ensure you have a truly wonderful dining experience.

In the warmer months, Alfresco dining areas will be dotted throughout our lush gardens and available for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

Our Head Chef, Scott Jerkovich, started his training as a chef in New Zealand some 20 years ago. Travelling to Australia and to Europe and the United Kingdom he honed his culinary skills working in some of the more notable establishments around the globe. Scott’s food is based on a contemporary concept, considerate of Australia's international influences, and inspired by local flavours. With five enormous vegetable gardens on-site, our salads and vegetable dishes will be seasonally created using only the freshest local produce infused with an international culture of flavours.

Our menu is complemented by a selection of quality Australian and International wines, carefully selected by our Wine Manager, David D’Cruze. A full range of beers and spirits is also available.
