A great two-bedroom unit for a family on holiday or 2 couples. It’s a two minute walk across the beach so you don’t need to take everything with you for the entire day, just duck back. And being at the rear of the property you’ll have none of the traffic noise to disrupt your peace and quiet.

About the unit
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed with built in robes and a set of drawers so you don’t need to live out of your suitcase. Bedroom 2 and a double bed with a single bunk above it, with a set drawers and built in robes. Bedroom 2 has enough room for children to play games in the afternoon sunshine to give you some alone time.

Open-plan living area with 50 inch HD LCD TV is combined with a six-seat dining table. The gas-powered kitchen is next to the dining area for easy serving of meals.

A sizable L-shaped courtyard wraps the back and side of the property to provide outdoor entertaining and more play space.

There’s a bath, separate shower and full laundry powered by instant gas hot water so running out of hot water isn’t a worry. Parking for one car is available on site, with unrestricted parking on the street for other vehicles.

About the location
• 2 minute walk to the beach (200m).
• 5 minute walk to McRae Plaza (Coles, bakery, chemist, liquor shop, news agent) (450m).
• 4 minute walk to the start of Rosebud shopping strip (various dine in and takeaway restaurants, shops) (400m).
• Private location at the back of the block of six units.
• Exit the freeway at Lonsdale Street which helps avoid the traffic jams that happen further down the road.

The fine print
A security deposit is of $100 per day is required – so the deposit for 3 days is $300. A maximum deposit of $1,000 will apply for stays of 10 days or more.

Check out time is 11.00am and check in time is 2.00pm (although requests may be approved on a case-by-case basis).

Please leave the unit in the same state as you found it clean and tidy. If you’re unable to return the unit to its original state or would prefer not to clean, a cleaner will be organised at a cost of $50 per hour.
