Trunk road is a spin-off of Tapos Singha and Nicholas Gurney's Bang Street Food. The sister restaurant offers three types of Roadies, one being the beef skirt steak with fried onion rings, rocket and cheese sauce. All are wrapped in paratha roti (north-Indian flatbread) – it looks like a kebab and tastes like a cheeseburger if it were cooked in a tandoor oven.
