The TRU philosophy
Here at TRU Strength and Fitness we promote a simple code of conduct in our approach to training.
You will squat heavy and you will squat often.
You will deadlift and will love your callouses.
You will lift heavy objects overhead.
Conditioning work will be performed at high intensity and you will sweat.
The standards we hold our staff and clients to are simple black and white, we expect 100% at all times and in return we will take you above and beyond your goals and expectations.
Our goal is to create a breeding ground for champions. Everyone is welcome and will be treated with respect as long as they are willing to put in the work.
Mediocrity is not a place we reside, if half assed efforts and average results from light hearted training are your goals then please enquire elsewhere.
If you want to work hard, smash personal records and be awesome then welcome home.
