BYO parts service available:

1-2 day turn around if you source the parts (i.e. find the cheapest on eBay) and post/drop-off to the device and parts to me and I'll do the replacement(s). Please feel free to contact me if needed to assist with getting the correct parts (deduct your parts price from the prices above and that will be the repair cost).


NOTE: Before bring your device to us, if you can still sync/backup your device's data using the appropriate software application, then please do so.

*WARRANTY

If your device is still under warranty, ensure you contact the vendor/supplier BEFORE to see if you can get the device repaired for free.

Summary of warranty terms are as follows:

Repairs\Workmanship - 90-days
Parts - 12-months except batteries and small parts are 6-months.
Some screens (assemblies or digitizers) as noted carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Please arrange defective/faulty part to be returned to us, we will arrange the replacement parts after we have examined it.

Defective/Faulty items are classified as items that mechanically malfunctioned NOT as a result of user error, which is classified as damage from the result of the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product.
