Currently, the State Government has released $100M to support businesses in the process of hiring and training staff to suit your business needs in a scheme called ’Back to Work’. If you have hired any staff after the 1st of November and can enrol them into any certified certificate (Certificate II or above) through a registered RTO, the government will not only give you funding for your business, they will also pay the cost of training as well.
Please note, additional funding on top of the Back to Work scheme may be available through an AASN (Australian Apprenticeship Support Network) provider. This is subject to eligibility requirements assessed by the AASN.
