I am passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle. After having my daughter 2 years ago, I decided to get back into shape. Ultimately, I have turned this passion for fitness into a career and hope to inspire others to get up and get active. Not only for our physical and mental well-being, I want to help others to lead by example in the hope that our families, our children and our friends can follow in our footsteps.
