Trinity Fitness- named after Trinity St, Herne Bay/ Ponsonby, Auckland, NZ.The street where my family grew up and only recently vacated after over 50 years. Mind,Body and Soul to me are also the 'Holy Trinity'.It is what I believe to be the 3 essential ingredients for success in anything you do. Offering fun, structured, varied and challenging sessions. Wether you are a beginner, a new mum wanting that pre bubba physique, rehabbing from injury,a seasoned gymmie , wanna be sports pro or established athlete I have the expertise and experience of over 25 yrs in the sports, health and fitness industry to help you. I have worked successfully with all the above mentioned population groups. Recently relocated to the Gold Coast from Auckland NZ with my wife and 3 kids I want to help Gold Coasters with their health and fitness goals. Trinity Fitness- Mind, Body and Soul!
