Trikāya Yoga

Trikāya Yoga is a complete approach to ancient Hatha, Raja and Bhakti Yoga practices, in a format that is practical and effective for our students in the modern world.

We offer Yoga and Meditation through group classes, one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats and Yoga teacher training.
