Transition 2 Success

Transition to Success (T2S)is an innovative evidence based alternative education and vocational training program delivered in a community setting in partnership with local schools, not-for-profits and businesses.

T2S aims to address a lack of alternative education and learning options for young people currently experiencing challenges with education, obtaining employment or are currently at risk of entering the youth justice system.

T2S believes that all young people have the potential to achieve their goals with; an active and healthy mind and body, positive relationship with self and others, support to develop sills for their future.
