You can join in the fun of a group class, train with a friend or family member or enjoy private Pilates/Personal Training and Massage/Body Therapy sessions. We even have a free support group for those with chronic illness.

My personal experience with Hashimotos Autoimmune Thyroiditis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Degenerative disc disease and many associated health problems led me on a journey of discovery when modern medicine could not provide me with the relief or answers I was looking for. My journey still continues and now I am passionate about helping others navigate their way through the massive amount of misinformation about the effects of nutrition, movement, mindset, supplementation and medication that we are bombarded with and helping them to find the solutions for their unique set of circumstances.
