Training Healthy

I love being a part of inspiring positive change. Watching a person become energetic, feel more comfortable in their own skin and seeing their confidence grow is amazing.
Health & Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. In fact I did my work experience at a gym (30 years ago) in Fremantle called New Life. I think it's no longer their! I completed my first trainers course at UWA when I was 18 and took my first aerobics class at 18. Back then you had to choreograph your moves to music recorded on tape. That took hours and thankfully technology has fixed this. Then there was the skin tone tights with G string leotards and leg warmers. So, so, glad they are no longer in.
So back on track I've had a number of mums ask me about exercise and training them. So I took some free sessions for a few months last year until I went to Europe (finally) for family birthdays, christenings and lots of shopping.
It was an awesome feeling and I found the more motivated they became the more inspired and motivated I became.
So I decided to get all the correct qualifications in order, legal requirements and start classes for the BPS community. That's why I've chosen the Beaumaris Park so it's really convenient. If you're finding it hard because you don't want to join a gym or cant find the time to get to a class then this might help. Straight after drop off make your way up to the entrance on Copeland. Do your work out for an hour then go and do all the other stuff for everyone else. We still need to look after ourselves mums.
