Whether you are a beginner or have been running for years, adding some trail runs to your weekly program will greatly increase your agility, strength and endurance. We have three weekly training sessions led by Michelle (a level 2 Athletics Australia accredited coach):
Wednesday mornings 5:30am
Saturday mornings 5:45am
Sunday afternoon (every 2nd week) Beginners trail session
$7 per session or 5 for $30. First session free.
