Offering one on one, small groups and outdoor training sessions to those wanting to improve their health and lifestyles. No contracts, only pay for the sessions you attend, with the option of flexible times and locations.

5.30pm Monday @ Riverside Park
6.15am Wednesday @ Riverside Park
9.15am Tuesday & Thursday @ Riverside Park
Bodybalance Classes as follows:
9.15am Monday @ Moruya Surf Club
6.00pm Wednesday @ Moruya Surf Club
$10 per group session or $60 for one on one personal training. Small groups can split the cost with their training buddies to make it more cost effecitive.
